預防通用橡套電纜導體氧化的妙招

  通用橡套電纜是以5類銅導(dao)(dao)體(ti)作為導(dao)(dao)電線芯,在(zai)其生產過(guo)程(cheng)中,常常發(fa)現銅導(dao)(dao)體(ti)氧化(hua)變色,這嚴重地影響了產品的質量,成為了國(guo)內眾多(duo)電纜生產廠家的一個(ge)老大難技(ji)術(shu)問題。

  銅(tong)屬(shu)(shu)于過(guo)渡金(jin)屬(shu)(shu),易被空氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)氧(yang)氣在酸(suan)性條件下氧(yang)化成(cheng)黑色(se)的(de)(de)CuO。當銅(tong)導(dao)(dao)體(ti)表面有(you)水(shui)(shui)膜或(huo)水(shui)(shui)珠(zhu)時,由(you)于大氣中(zhong)含有(you)大量(liang)塵埃,如煙(yan)霧、煤炭(tan)、汽車尾氣、氯化物(wu)及其他酸(suan)、堿(jian)、鹽顆粒粉塵等, 這(zhe)些有(you)害物(wu)質(zhi)溶解(jie)于水(shui)(shui)膜或(huo)水(shui)(shui)珠(zhu)中(zhong),即可形成(cheng)電解(jie)液(ye),從而加劇銅(tong)導(dao)(dao)體(ti)的(de)(de)氧(yang)化變色(se)。輕者影(ying)(ying)響產品外(wai)觀品質(zhi)和產品質(zhi)量(liang),重(zhong)者則影(ying)(ying)響銅(tong)導(dao)(dao)體(ti)的(de)(de)使用,造成(cheng)生產成(cheng)本(ben)的(de)(de)浪費。所以,銅(tong)導(dao)(dao)體(ti)一定要妥善保管,注(zhu)意防氧(yang)化變色(se)。

  電(dian)纜(lan)用(yong)金屬銅從(cong)原(yuan)理上講主要(yao)有物理方法(fa)(fa)阻隔銅與潮濕空氣(qi)接觸(chu)、陰J保護氧化(hua)(hua)還原(yuan)法(fa)(fa)阻止銅導體(ti)氧化(hua)(hua)、化(hua)(hua)學(xue)方法(fa)(fa)在銅導體(ti)表面(mian)生成鈍化(hua)(hua)膜阻止氧化(hua)(hua),抑或在導體(ti)表面(mian)噴涂特殊(shu)液體(ti)予以保護。以通用(yong)橡套(tao)電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)生產為例,每道工序(xu)防氧化(hua)(hua)控制的(de)主要(yao)方法(fa)(fa)。

  1、銅桿進廠(chang)前(qian)運輸(shu)、檢測及儲(chu)存

  我國大(da)多數電(dian)纜(lan)企業用銅(tong)(tong)(tong)為外(wai)購,應(ying)選擇質(zhi)優金屬銅(tong)(tong)(tong)桿,規(gui)范供應(ying)商運(yun)輸、交貨流程(cheng)與(yu)制度,銅(tong)(tong)(tong)桿進廠檢(jian)驗(yan)依照GB/T 3048.2或(huo)電(dian)纜(lan)企業企標執行(xing)。銅(tong)(tong)(tong)桿的儲(chu)存可用塑料布或(huo)塑料薄膜覆蓋銅(tong)(tong)(tong)桿,即簡單的物理阻隔法阻止銅(tong)(tong)(tong)桿與(yu)潮(chao)濕空氣的接觸(chu)。車間L用銅(tong)(tong)(tong)桿時一定要逐(zhu)個銅(tong)(tong)(tong)桿卷進行(xing)肉眼檢(jian)查(cha)是否(fou)有發黑現象,從生產(chan)源頭加以控(kong)制。

  2、銅(tong)桿拉絲工序的控制

  0.4mm單絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)拉(la)制一(yi)般采用(yong)連續退(tui)火(huo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)大拉(la)機(ji)和中(zhong)拉(la)機(ji),需(xu)經過放(fang)(fang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、拉(la)絲(si)(si)與退(tui)火(huo)、冷卻、烘干(gan)、收線(xian)(xian)(xian)等工序。先,應(ying)選(xuan)取合適的(de)(de)(de)(de)模具,切(qie)不可(ke)(ke)過小(xiao),否(fou)則會強制使金屬銅(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)晶格變異(yi),加劇(ju)金屬溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)急劇(ju)上(shang)升(sheng)。其(qi)次(ci),開機(ji)前檢查乳化液的(de)(de)(de)(de)酸堿度(du)(du)(du),確保(bao)(bao)為堿性(xing)溶液,同時(shi)拉(la)絲(si)(si)油中(zhong)應(ying)添(tian)加抗氧(yang)化劑(ji),在(zai)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)導體(ti)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)形成鈍化膜,防止氧(yang)化;放(fang)(fang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)時(shi),保(bao)(bao)持放(fang)(fang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)張力穩(wen)定(ding)、均(jun)勻(yun),不可(ke)(ke)過度(du)(du)(du)顫動;拉(la)絲(si)(si)過程中(zhong)操作者應(ying)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)恰當(dang)水(shui)位(wei)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du),保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)退(tui)火(huo)程度(du)(du)(du)均(jun)勻(yun),避(bi)免退(tui)火(huo)不足或退(tui)火(huo)過度(du)(du)(du);收線(xian)(xian)(xian)時(shi),銅(tong)(tong)(tong)導體(ti)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)不應(ying)有殘(can)余液體(ti),可(ke)(ke)在(zai)收線(xian)(xian)(xian)前方處放(fang)(fang)置一(yi)塊干(gan)燥(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)毛氈(經常(chang)更換),以保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)單絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)干(gan)燥(zao)。后,在(zai)拉(la)絲(si)(si)下盤(pan)后用(yong)透明塑料薄(bo)膜密封,存放(fang)(fang)于干(gan)燥(zao)環境之中(zhong),待流轉,否(fou)則會由于導體(ti)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)較高(gao)而易與潮濕的(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣發生(sheng)氧(yang)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)風險。

  3、銅絲絞合(束絞)與J緣橡皮(pi)、護(hu)套(tao)橡皮(pi)擠(ji)出工序

  以(yi)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)絲(si)絞(jiao)(jiao)合為例,導體(ti)在絞(jiao)(jiao)合過(guo)程中,經(jing)過(guo)各道壓模使(shi)得金屬銅(tong)(tong)(tong)晶(jing)格(ge)改(gai)變結構,在強外(wai)力作用(yong)下,過(guo)模后(hou)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)導體(ti)溫度較過(guo)模前有(you)較大提高,因此銅(tong)(tong)(tong)導體(ti)外(wai)層易(yi)氧化(hua)。故可在絞(jiao)(jiao)和過(guo)程中用(yong)輸液軟管(guan)將抗氧劑(0.3%的苯并三氮唑酒精溶液)滴入銅(tong)(tong)(tong)絲(si)中,滴入標準(zhun)以(yi)剛好浸潤銅(tong)(tong)(tong)絲(si)表面為準(zhun),避免(mian)過(guo)少存在局(ju)部氧化(hua)或過(guo)多浪(lang)費的現(xian)象(xiang)發生,在所(suo)有(you)防氧化(hua)工(gong)作準(zhun)備穩妥后(hou),再(zai)開機運轉(zhuan)。收線(xian)處應保證收線(xian)盤干燥,收線(xian)盤裝滿后(hou),用(yong)透明塑(su)料薄膜密封。

  導體(ti)擠包(bao)(bao)J緣前(qian)應(ying)縱包(bao)(bao)或繞包(bao)(bao)聚酯帶,放置橡皮J緣材料中(zhong)的物質腐(fu)蝕導體(ti)。J緣橡皮和護(hu)套橡皮在擠出過程中(zhong),應(ying)避(bi)免線(xian)頭進水,而發生線(xian)頭氧化變(bian)黑現象。

  我們在(zai)日常生產的(de)觀察中發現(xian),通過選擇更(geng)優銅桿、有效(xiao)地(di)控制(zhi)拉絲工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)及(ji)乳化(hua)(hua)液濃度和溫度、退火工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)、導體絞合或束絞銅絲表面的(de)鈍化(hua)(hua)處理及(ji)防止(zhi)線頭進(jin)水(shui)等手段,加之,車間(jian)操作(zuo)人員應樹立質量(liang)意識,加強業務培訓,能(neng)清楚地(di)認(ren)識到銅絲氧化(hua)(hua)帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)不(bu)良后果(guo),嚴(yan)把(ba)質量(liang)關(guan),才能(neng)有效(xiao)地(di)控制(zhi)電纜銅導體的(de)質量(liang),防止(zhi)其氧化(hua)(hua),J大地(di)提高了工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率(lv),減少(shao)返(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)頻次,從而達到降低成本和提高內在(zai)產品質量(liang)的(de)有益效(xiao)果(guo)。
